Welcome to Lumiq Wealth Private Limted ("Lumiq Wealth"). By accessing our website, https://www.Lumiq.in ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform.

• Lumiq provides access to its platform, delivering a range of services over time ("Services"). These encompass:
• Executing transactions such as buying, selling, retaining, and exchanging investments, handling deposits, subscribing to issues, and accepting placements of investments. This involves transactions across markets and daily decision-making regarding your funds;
• Streamlining the process of subscribing to and redeeming mutual fund units by transmitting your funds and instructions to the relevant Asset Management Companies ("AMC") through your account;
• Facilitating non-financial transactions, which include updating information recorded by the AMCs;
• Furnishing information and offer documents for all mutual funds available on the platform, coupled with tailored recommendations for mutual funds in specific asset classes;
• Responding to inquiries related to your account and serving as the primary point of contact for various AMCs; and
• Offering additional services, inherent or connected to portfolio management services, investment management services, or the distribution of mutual fund investment services, along with any other associated services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
   a. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
   b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
   c. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. User Account and Registration
   a. To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account.
   b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
   c. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Prohibited Activities
   a. You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
   b. You may not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
   a. The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lumiq Wealth and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
   a. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. b. Lumiq Wealth makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
   a. Lumiq Wealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
8. Indemnification
   a. You agree to indemnify and hold Lumiq Wealth, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand.
9. Changes to Terms
   a. Lumiq Wealth reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
   b. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
    Lumiq Wealth may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

B) Mutual Fund Disclosure of Commission

In accordance with the extant regulations (SEBI circular: SEBI/IMD/CIR No. 4/ 168230/09), following are the details of the comparative commission that Lumiq Wealth may earn from various fund-houses, whose products are being distributed:

Note:

The commission mentioned above is entirely trail-based.

This compilation of information is done on a best-effort basis, and income details are updated based on the brokerage received from various fund houses.

The commission structure outlined above is subject to updates or changes at the sole discretion and agreement between Lumiq Wealth and the respective fund houses.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; therefore, it is crucial to carefully read all scheme-related documents.
